The hotel sparkled with cleanliness, and the breakfast was a delightful spread that kept my mornings bright. there were significant hiccups: I faced a billing issue that escalated unnervingly, and the front desk staff sometimes felt dismissive. A fire alarm interrupted my slumber, and despite the chaos, I received no timely information. While my room was comfortable enough, some unpleasant odors lingered, and the overpowering fragrance in another stay left me light-headed. It had its high points, but the inconsistencies in service and environment made it a mixed experience.

The rooms offered are neat and new-fashioned with nice bathroom, a king bed, microwave. The location is amazing in a crowded area, so close to freeway and area attractions, and downtown and lots of restaurants.

The room was like a warm hug, super clean and comfortable! I loved the indoor swimming pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.

Perfectly situated for exploring the best of Asheville!

This hotel is just a short stroll to downtown Asheville, making it super easy to check out attractions like the Black Mountain College Museum and Arts Center, only about 2 km away, and the stunning Biltmore Estate, which is less than 4 km from your doorstep. Not only was the room clean and neat, but the friendly staff added a personal touch to our stay. While the parking lot access can be a bit tricky and there's occasional noise from the surroundings, the comfort and cleanliness of our stay definitely made up for it!

Breakfast is a feast; eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit await you! The view from my room? Gorgeous fall colors that pop like confetti.
